生產方法及用途

生產方法

大茴香醛經環合、水解制成DL-對羥基苯甘氨酸,再用甲醇酯化,用酒石酸拆分,得到D(-)-對羥基苯甘氨酸。國內大部分D-對羥基苯甘氨酸的生產企業目前基本都采用乙醛酸工藝生產。

用途

合成半合成青霉素和頭孢菌素的中間體，用于制造氨芐青霉素、氧哌嗪青霉素、頭孢氨芐等。
